Automate Your Sanitation Process with CIP Tanks

When it comes to food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical processing, cleanliness isn’t just a requirement—it’s the key to product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Traditional cleaning methods can be time-consuming, inconsistent, and costly. A well-designed Clean-in-Place (CIP) system automates tank and equipment cleaning, reducing labor costs, minimizing water and chemical waste, and eliminating contamination risks—all while keeping production running smoothly.

Why Choose CIP Tanks?

  • Improve Product Quality – Maintain sanitary conditions and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Reduce Labor & Downtime – Automate cleaning cycles and free up personnel for other tasks.
  • Lower Operating Costs – Minimize water, chemical, and energy consumption.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Meet strict sanitation standards effortlessly.
  • Enhance Worker Safety – Reduce exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals.

How the CIP Cleaning Cycle Works

Every CIP system follows a structured cleaning process to remove residues, kill bacteria, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  1. Pre-Rinse – Flushes pipes and surfaces to remove loose debris.

  2. Caustic Wash – Uses high-temperature (140-190°F) caustic cleaner to break down contaminants.

  3. Final Rinse – Runs clean water through the system to remove chemical residues.

  4. Sanitizing Rinse – Applies a sanitizing agent to kill bacteria and ensure sterility.

Some systems may include additional steps like re-circulation, acid washes, or drying cycles, depending on your facility’s sanitation requirements.
