Navu Testing Challenge: “Break the Bot”

Navu is an AI-powered website assistant that sits directly on our site and answers visitor questions using our own content (pages, blogs, documentation, etc.). Instead of users searching through pages, Navu allows them to ask questions conversationally and get immediate, context-aware answers.

Before launching externally, we want to pressure-test Navu internally to ensure accuracy, reliability, and overall experience.

For MXD, this means:

  • Faster customer answers
  • Better website engagement
  • Potential lead generation improvements
  • Reduced support load

The Game: Break the Bot

We’re turning testing into a competition.

Try to confuse, break, or expose weaknesses in Navu.

Think like a customer, a skeptic, or even a troll. Ask hard questions, vague questions, misleading questions—anything that might cause poor performance.
