What is considered an OEM component on my mixer?

OEM components vary by product, but here are some common examples of OEM components that fall outside of our MXD Process 1-year manufacturer warranty.

These are covered by an OEM warranty, for which we can help facilitate a warranty claim.

Mixing Equipment:

• Electric and air motors
• Gearboxes
• Variable frequency drives (VFDs)

Auxiliary Components and Mixing Systems:

• Pumps
• Load cells
• Electrical components within a PLC
• Sensors and flowmeters
